1. Parties

This End User License & Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you", "User") and Terrace Apps ("we", "us", "Company") and governs your use of BlocksApp (the "App").

2. Acceptance of this Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

The App is designed to be local-first, meaning your personal content (for example expenses, subscriptions, habits, and notes) is stored on your device. Any analytics or diagnostics (if enabled) are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required in your country to use the App. If you are not old enough to consent to data processing under applicable law, do not use the App.

5. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement and any applicable app store rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App (except where permitted by law).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent security features or access non-public parts of the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates laws or infringes rights of others.
